The eighth Tokyo Anime Festival is coming soon and the Annual Tokyo Anime Award that comes along with it has decided its winners! There were two categories: "Nominated works" for anime that has been released domestically within the past year and "Open Category" for works from all over the world including Japan. A total of 331 works applied for the 2009 Tokyo Anime Award. Click on to see the winners!
