Sora no Otoshimono (そらのおとしもの)and Omamori Himari (おまもりひまり) from monthly manga magazines Shonen Ace and Dragon Age respectively are set for the small screens!

Omamori Himari, serialized in Dragon Age, is a romance-comedy about student Amakawa Yuto who has an allergy to cats, and the cat-spirit samurai girl, Himari. The series chronicles their adventures together as Himari has appeared to protect him from demons.
 
The popular series currently have five volumes of manga out in the market, as well as two novels. Come this autumn, fans can look forward to the series making waves on the small screen!

Set to hit the small screens in autumn too is the heart-warming comedy, Sora no Otoshimono. In a town called Sorami lives Sakurai Tomoki who lives by the motto, ‘Peace is best!’ However, that peace is shattered when a girl called Ikaros, falls from the sky and has the power to give him everything he wishes for, from being rich, becoming invisible…even stopping time!

Ikaros
Fallen from the skies, the first person she meets is Tomoki, whom she calls ‘Master’. Ignorant of the ways of the world, and lacking the ability to show her emotions, her basic purpose is to fulfill Tomoki’s requests with a special card.

Sakurai Tomoki 
He’s an ordinary student, who lives in the quiet town of Sorami but the appearance of Ikaros shatters the peace he’s known all this while. Like many hormonally charged boys his age, Tomoki makes use of Ikaros’ powers to fulfill his ‘pervert’ tendencies…
 
Mitsuki Sohara
A neighbor and childhood friend of Tomoki, she is worried by Ikaros suddenly living at Tomoki’s house. She makes use of her killer move, ‘Sohara Chop’ to fight off Tomoki’s sexual harassment.
 
Sugata Eishiro
He is Tomoki’s eccentric schoolmate and the one who finds Ikaros and forces Tomoki to put her up at his house.
 

Satsukitane Mikako 
A student leader at Tomoki’s school and Sugata’s childhood friend who is popular in the town of Sorami. She hides a mean personality behind that gentle demeanor, and there are also rumours of her trying to conquer the world…
